Walk through the entrance of Dale View and you're in a traditional Norfolk cottage that opens directly onto its layout. The ground floor spreads across a living room with a 50-inch TV, a kitchen and dining space where you can cook properly (electric range, dishwasher, microwave), and a conservatory overlooking the salt marsh. Upstairs there are three bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed and its own bathroom, two others with single beds—plus a shower room. The whole place is yours alone, with parking for two cars and Wi-Fi throughout.

What makes this location special is the immediate access to the sea. The cottage sits yards from the water's edge in Brancaster Staithe, a quiet coastal village where you can watch birds and wildlife from the garden. A large lawn with garden furniture spreads out behind the property, and the Norfolk coastline—including views toward Scolt Head Island—is on your doorstep. One dog is welcome to stay free and use the outdoor spaces. The village has a shop, pub with food, and a petrol station all within walking distance.

Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. There is unfenced access to the sea, so swimming and exploring the beach require normal care. The owners live next door and know the area well if you need recommendations.
