UPDATE: screen 15 is a smaller room with the more comfortable seats (grey seats pic). View from row D is the pic with the grass. The screen is big enough. Good amount of rooms available. Friendly staff. There’s a costa right next to where you’d get snacks. For the regular rooms I don’t think it’s worth paying for the ‘premium’ seats. Seats in red are the premium ones but the difference in space/seating is barely noticeable, the ‘nicer’ seats don’t recline so it’s not worth the extra money.

I'm giving an extra star for the person who actually tried. We went to watch a movie tonight and it was absolutely ruined by a load of people at the back making noises throughout, loudly talking, making crude noises and intimidating other movie goes. A friend of mine told them to be quiet and for about two minutes they were. I twice went to speak to someone at the desk and she called in for people to go and check. They very clearly didn't. At the end of the movie, we went to complain and several other viewers did too. It transpires they were vaping, filming the movie and intimidating anyone around them. The management team said they went in and said nothing untoward was happening. I used to work for Odeon for a good few years and we used to have values; respect for the customer, understanding that the movie going experience actually means something and a dedication to ensuring that things ran smoothly. After tonight I can understand why most people now wait for home releases. The refund given was not enough.

Actual screen was good and seats comfy. Paid a fortune for drinks and popcorn; popcorn was ok but not that fresh, drinks were warm and not carbonated. Only a few staff at the counter and were in complete disarray. Made me remember why I'm normally more prepared and take my own stuff in.

The IMAX experience was decent. 🎬 However, the seats aren't very comfortable, especially for longer movies, and they don't compare favorably to other cinemas. 😕 I noticed that heads in the row in front can block the bottom of the screen. The Odyssey movie itself was quite majestic. 👍

Some reviews mention the auditoriums can be uncomfortably hot.
