Shockingly rude and unfriendly staff!!! Me and my brother took our children in the February half term, we were all looking forward to spending some fun time together. That immediately changed as soon as we walked in, the woman at the desk was very hostile, we tried ignoring her rudeness and attempted to explore the venue. Which was also a big disappointment. I went to ask the lady about the activities advertised on the website and what was actually available, but she was involved with another group of customers and called security. I waited around and saw she was being very confrontational towards the customers, she was trying to grab a phone from one of the parents, and it caused the children to cry, The security guard appeared, and spoke to the staff and members of the group. I actually heard the guard say to the woman staff member to calm down as the customers were not doing anything wrong, she was demanding he had to make them leave, but he refused. That group of people were understandably upset by whatever had happened and the children were also disappointed. They told the guard the woman was rude & ignorant as they was signing in and the group said they didn't want to stay to be spoken to like that. The staff woman had said "go then, I don't care" so the customer ask for a refund as they had not used anything in the venue. The woman refused to refund. I found the whole situation shocking and was worried enough not to approach any of the staff with my own questions. I told my brother and we both agreed to leave.

Terrible experience. We was not shown how to rotate the games and when we asked staff the staff was rude. The score pads wasn't working. Complained to the manager who was not very helpful at all. Do not waste your money 2mins walk round the corner is fun arcade and this was amazing. Made up for the bad experience we had at Pop Playrooms plus they was cheaper at 2hrs unlimited games for £15.

Chaotic and overpriced. We did a package offer for 4 attendees, and everything seemed very confusing to the staff there. The golf was adequate, the darts mildly entertaining, and the shuffle board ok but only works with even numbers. Wouldn't return.

Enjoyed playing darts and shuffle game with my brother at the Pop Playroom yesterday. Atmosphere is great and the choice of darts games was also great. Would like to say huge thanks to Alphie, who tried to fix the darts board when it wasn’t working and offered us other games with extended time. Great customer service! 😊
