What visitors say
Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Screen 1 was absolutely discusting, air conditioning did not appear to be working, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable throughout the film. In addition, there was a strong smell of food, which was unpleasant and distracting. I expect a cinema to provide a clean and comfortable environment.

The cinema itself was clean and screen was great quality BUT the staff were awful. I went to a late showing on 26/5 and the staff quiet clearly did not want to be there. Their job is working with the public and showing a welcoming presentation from the company. They did not great me, actually I saw both staff members roll their eye when I was walking up. The could not be bothered. When I asked for popcorn and seen it was being packed back in to the bag and dares to ask if if was still fresh and warm the staff member again rolled their eye and said I don't know. When I asked if I could try a bit before I bought it you would have thought I was robbing the place. It was stale, dry and cold yet if I did not ask they would have sold this to me. I understand it is a lot of young people working but customers expect a certain level of service

Felt there should be a separate queue for movie tickets instead of waiting ages on a family of 4 getting milkshakes and food we stood for ages we were not getting food just tickets. The seats in the cinema were not comfortable to sit on we did chose the cheaper ones which were limited to the second row I've no idea if the other seats that cost more were any more comfortable

Good sized local cinema right off the retail park. Always clean to a good standard seating is comfortable and staff always welcoming. Parking is easy with several venues for eating before or after the film in the vicinity.
