What visitors say
EDIT: I feel like I did give plenty of detail, not quite sure more I can say - gave the screening time, 5:30 (I can add it was screen 12 and being next to me row d on the left hand side if you’re sat down facing the screen, or around there). I assume nothing can really be done now it’s been a few days later but just to let someone know really. I beg you guys just stop selling alcohol. I know it can’t be controlled if people bring their own in, but I truly had the worst experience the other day watching spiderman on the opening night! The first screening (5:30 I believe) on 29th (when it was officially released throughout the daytime on the 30th) , so you’d expect the people in that one to be extremely well behaved and be true fans, in which most were, but the women next to me were not. First of all, they walked in actually stinking of alcohol and sat next to me. Workers always say we should come out and complain so they can be kicked out, so i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt until the film began, but realistically who wants to leave during the actual film and miss something? At least 3 times one of them left to go buy pints of beer from the tills, each time getting more drunk. In fact I heard one say she was battered. The whole time, talking, giggling at moments which were not funny, gasping at unnecessary times, even got bits spoiled before they even happened. One walked in on one of the occasions during and said “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” after buying the other one of the spiderman cups. No one wants to tell someone to be quiet and cause tension or potential arguments during a film especially one which it’s almost certain none of us in there had seen before. At least try your hardest to decline selling alcohol when you can tell someone is a little bit drunk, or if possible put a limit on if someone recognises the same person come down a couple of times to buy it. These women had not brought any with them as I didn’t see any come out of a bag. Also the stench of beer was not enjoyable in this situation. Truly ruined the experience for me, please do better for the sake of your customers.

We’ve enjoyed watching ‘Wuthering Heights’ at screen 7. Our seats were on the last row: reclining and comfortable, lots of space and separated from other people.

Staff were very dismissive at the snacks counter. I understand it was the late shift at 11PM but I even got ignored by a pair of staff, plus was not given the right flavour of slushie I wanted but had to rush off since my movie was about to start... not a nice start to an outing that was meant to celebratory. Anyways, after that, the staff scanning my ticket was at least kinder and the overall movie viewing experience was good like normal (love the reclining chairs🫶) but the movie sometimes felt a bit loud but overall a calm and enjoyable night out post the initial staff interactions.

Bought tickets online before visiting and it was a smooth process - no queuing for a weekday film during the school holidays with my older son. We sat at the front on the reclining chairs and it was a comfortable experience (to the point of dozing off! Nothing to do with the film just a tired mum) lovely and clean too with efficient staff

People say this movie theater offers a comfortable cinema experience with reclining seats, large screens, and a wide selection of films. They also highlight the friendly staff and the convenient location with nearby restaurants.
Other reviews mention the queues can be long.
