What guests say
This is a decent hotel in a good location. There is good parking next door and direct access to the Headrow and bars & restaurants. The bar is pleasant and breakfast is good quality. The meeting rooms are good but unfortunately the quality of the coffee in the conference/meeting venue is abysmal. You'd think this would be an easy problem to solve.

Stayed for a long weekend and it was fantastic. Top location walking distance to everything in the city center. Only thing that wasnt great was the shower temperature regulation, it was actually dangerous, I would worry about kids using it, you are at the mercy of other rooms turning on and off their water, from scolding hot to freezing in a second. Overall though, nice place, lovely staff, cracking location.

A short walk from the train station and the attractions of this amazing city. Large, comfortable room with excellent facilities, fridge, bottled water, teas, coffees and hot chocolate. A bar and restaurant with gorgeous staff who give that famous, Yorkshire welcome. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again as my first choice.

Spent one night at this hotel. It was ok, but not the best for a 4* considering we had spent the previous night in Radisson Glasgow which was notably better all around. Room was clean enough but could do with a refresh. Bathtub had some sort of non slip texture which is good, safety wise, but aesthetically not very nice. Shower in our room was terribly finicky to get the temperature right. It was either freezing or burning even with the slightest adjustment. This was not an issue for someone else we travelled with in a different room/floor. The phone was not working. The Chromecast feature on the TV was not working. Bed was comfy enough. Breakfast buffet was good but did not have as many vegan options as we would have liked. Staff was very friendly and approachable at the breakfast area and a special shoutout to polyglot Oana at front desk who was very kind at check in. Thank you!
