Leeds Marriott Hotel sits close to City Square in the heart of the business and shopping district, a short walk from the railway station and the main Leeds theatres. As one of the larger international hotels in the city, it offers a consistent, well-equipped standard of accommodation across its rooms and suites.

The hotel's leisure club, with an indoor swimming pool, gym and spa treatments, sets it apart from most of the boutique competition in the centre, making it a popular choice for longer stays and for guests wanting to combine a city break with some downtime.

Its central position and reliable service standards have made it a long-standing favourite with both corporate travellers attending meetings in the city and leisure guests wanting a dependable, well-located base for exploring Leeds.

I stayed one night here for a gig and I had a great experience! The service was 10/10, all the staff members I spoke to were so lovely and were very welcoming. Even when I asked them for some more amenities, they were polite and made me feel like it wasn't a hassle at all. The actual room was incredibly clean, spacious and everything was working. The shower was lovely and so were all of the products provided. It was down the road to all the main shops and even outside the hotel was a lovely courtyard where you could sit and have lunch. It was pretty much perfect and I would definitely recommend it for a city break!

The only Marriott in Leeds so your options are limited for Bonvoy. Steps for railway station and shopping but located in a quiet square away from all the noise. Reception was good and welcoming. There is an executive lounge, but it is rather small and gets very busy, I couldn’t find a table around 5pm on a Friday. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant offers many choices, coffee is self-serve with the automative and my Americano was decent. Rooms are clean but a little dated. Bed was very firm but that does not bother me. What bothered me were two huge stains on the comforter that I only noticed the next morning after checking in so late. Front desk was very apologetic and offered some Bonvoy points and lounge access. My comforter was replaced that day but how housekeeping did not notice these stains is beyond me. A colleague also had a used towel hanging in his bathroom on check-in, definitely some issues with housekeeping at the property.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Platinum member, I was told I’d been upgraded to a better floor.Instead, the “upgraded” room was directly opposite a bar. I had travelled all the way from London and desperately needed a good night’s sleep, but the bar was noisy until 4am. I couldn’t sleep at all! I could even feel the vibrations while lying in bed. Avoid this hotel at all costs plz!

As a Mariott and Hilton brand lover, this was one of the best hotels I had stayed in the Leeds. The check in process went very quick and easy as most hotels might hard to do so. The staff were very helpful and always positive when there are problems. The room they assigned us was 601. It was a twin bedroom and the beds were spotless and comfortable. The room was spacious and I love the drawings on the wall. Nothing to complain about! The breakfast was outstanding. There were a lot of food to choose from and it was delicious. We also visited the gym and it was lovely to see towels for us to use. Overall, everything was fantastic and there's nothing to complain about! Would come again!
