I won't lie, after reading some of the comments, I was worried about how my stay with my family would go. My experience at Hotel Indigo was completely different. Starting with the amazing team at the reception, we felt like good old friends and the hospitality was top-notch. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the sofa bed was also decent, and the room was cozy and clean. And now for the most enjoyable part of the stay: breakfast. Hats off to the chefs and kitchen staff! Even my teenage daughter was delighted with the food and presentation. Of course, let's not forget the restaurant staff, who presented themselves and the service 110%. I truly recommend it.

Had an amazing experience from start to finish. Was concerned about noise and room size based on other reviews but had absolutely no issues whatever. Rooms were perfectly sized, clean and had everything we needed. Minimal noise from the street and surrounding bars, and nothing that would keep anyone awake. Staff were amazing and we didn't want for anything. The chef even made me pancakes on top of the open buffet on the Sunday morning, which I was not expecting at all. Would absolutely return.

The reception staff were excellent and helpful. The hotel itself is pristine in every aspect. The amenities are great quality. Two items of concern. One they do not have the countries number one news channel on their TV which is GBNews and secondly the dinner was not great and I should have removed service charge but didn’t see it till too late. Also service was extremely slow as no one asked me about my meal and I had to go and find someone to pay the bill.

I stay here every week with work. After trying what feels like every other hotel in Leeds I finally settled on Indigo. Location is great. Decor is great. Staff are great. Breakfast is great. I highly recommend staying here. Bradley on the front desk is my new favourite human. Thank you for being so fabulous! ❤️
