Excellent location near the station, Victorian quarter, Calls, bars, clubs and shops. It is a bit noisy and some clubs had music until 4am so worth taking earplugs which did the job. The reception staff were lovely, in particular the blonde lady who even delivered me earplugs and an eye mask as I'd noted I was a light sleeper. Our bathroom door didn't have a lock so some maintenance could be done. The shower was also running cold but I called reception from my mobile and it was fixed within 15 minutes.

The cleaner Maria is really lovely. I really enjoy how tidy our rooms are left after her. Everybody is lovely. Fresh croissants and coffee/hot chocolate served every morning available in the lobby. My studio had ustensils so I did some great cooking while here. Washing machine / drier available.

One night stay on a Friday. Great location near to station and centre. Staff very friendly. Room was a it tired but very well kitted out, we didn’t use the kitchen but everything you would need. Very quiet at night. Bed was comfortable and free coffee and croissants in the morning f.

Fantastic, a giant apartment that's so roomy. Only thing that I missed was breakfast. Also, people are bit loud on the street and you can hear them which doesn't help with the sleep.
