About The Queens Hotel
Step into a room at The Queens Hotel and the Art Deco styling is immediately obvious, with generous proportions, en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and drinks laid on, plus family and accessible rooms available for those who need them. It's the kind of space that sets the tone for a stay in Leeds city centre, right on City Square.
Downstairs there's a restaurant and bar, a wide breakfast spread each morning, and practical extras including room service, laundry service, a gym, concierge services and meeting rooms for anyone travelling on business. Luggage storage is handy given the hotel's position next to the train station, and pets are welcome too, though there's no parking on site. Staff are generally attentive and helpful, though a few stays have noted lapses in professionalism.
The location on City Square puts restaurants and eateries within easy reach, and Burley Park lies a couple of miles out for those wanting a change of pace, alongside other entertainment nearby. It's a well-placed base for exploring Leeds without needing a car.
