What guests say
I can honestly say Park Plaza Leeds is my favourite hotel throughout my 40+ days travelling around Europe! ❶Location It’s only a 2-minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes to the main shopping streets. When catching trains to nearby cities, I only need to head down around ten minutes in advance, which is super convenient. Direct buses stop right outside the hotel for trips to the University of Leeds and out-of-town parks, making getting around effortless. ❷Rooms & Decoration The hotel has been around for a few years, yet it features simple, unpretentious decor that I love. The bedding is cosy with neutral, understated tones. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a powerful shower with great water pressure. The window opens at an ideal angle for lovely night views of the city. There is a large, functional desk, plus loads of classic movies available on the TV — I really appreciated this touch. ❸Service The front desk team were welcoming and helpful. I arrived long before standard check-in time, and they told me my room was ready so I could settle in straight away with no waiting. Housekeeping is also timely. Unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to enjoy breakfast or the gym during this trip, and I look forward to trying them on my next stay. Overall I absolutely loved my time here and will definitely book this hotel again when I return to Leeds!

Two minutes from the station and the bar area is total window if you like to people watch 😂. Bedroom was lovely and spacious and the shower hot. Staff were very approachable and friendly. Just a blip when I'd ordered the romance package and a wine package. They moved up the days and I'd to ask for the wine to be delivered as it never arrived. All sorted out the next day. All good.

We stayed over the weekend so we could attend the cricket today. After checking out, the receptionist, Isha, was incredibly helpful. She kindly stored our luggage until we returned later in the day and was polite and welcoming throughout. I wasn't feeling well, and Isha went above and beyond by offering me some water and showing me where I could sit and rest. Her kindness and excellent customer service really made a difference. We'll definitely be booking more stays here. Thank you, Isha!

Room was clean and good size, was given and upgrade. Corner room, with great views over Leeds. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Located brilliantly for Leeds city centre, 15 min walk from the Arena. Breakfast had a good selection, cooked breakfast could have been a bit hotter.
