About Fenns Farm Accommodation
Tucked into the rolling countryside just outside Leek, Fenns Farm Accommodation offers a secluded camping barn and bunk barn with sweeping views over the Manifold Valley. It's a straightforward, family-friendly spot that welcomes dogs and stays open year-round, making it a flexible base for exploring the Peak District fringes and Staffordshire's quieter corners.
Facilities cover the essentials—showers, toilets, drinking water—though there's no WiFi, which suits the back-to-basics feel. The barns work well for families or groups after a no-frills escape, and that hilltop outlook adds a touch of drama to an otherwise modest setup.

What visitors say
We stayed at Foggs Barn for a week in August, 2 adults 3 children. The accomodation was warm, cosy and very well equipped. The hot tub was a very welcome bonus after a day of cycling the manifold track. Owners were very helpful and responsive. A local pub serves delicious food and there is a public playground at the village hall just a 2 minute walk which was great for the kids. Perfect location for exploring the Peak District, so many different things to do, walks, cycling, beautiful villages and towns to explore, and a day at Alton Towers was a must for the kids being just 15 minutes away!

We stayed in waterslacks camping barn for a hen weekend and had the best time! (despite a lot of rain!!) The barn is down it's own private lane and there is everything you need for your stay including a bathroom (with shower, toilet and sink), a large kitchen area with sink and basic equipment like microwave and kettle, the main sleeping areas also has plenty of heaters so you can stay warm on chilly nights. Some of the girls were a bit apprehensive about going back to basics but we all had such a great time, thank you!

We have used Jason and Michelle's barn a couple of times with friends. A great time was had by all on both occasions! As it's in the middle of nowhere, phone reception was quite sketchy, but this wouldn't stop us returning to the venue
