One bedroom holds two single beds and a television, alongside a bathroom with a bath and shower. Upstairs, a living room with a woodburner and DVD player connects to a second bedroom—a double with an ensuite shower room and television. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided. The property has a garden with a patio, barbecue and furniture, plus an external freezer room.

This location puts you within reach of the Manifold and Tissington cycle trails and numerous footpaths starting from the property. Dovedale and Hartington village are short drives away, while Buxton, Bakewell and Ashbourne lie 10–12 miles off. Note that the barn has steep and narrow stairs. No smoking inside.
