Fantastic fun for the whole family! Although it's small, Claw Kingdom was a really fun arcade for a short visit. They had a variety of claw machines with prizes such as edible sweets and ramen noodles, or plushies ranging in size and style. My daughter really loved the human claw machine and found that great fun! The staff were helpful and welcoming, and were regularly topping up and checking the machines for any issues. We found these machines to be slightly more favourable than your typical claw machine, which I was pleased at when it's aimed for children and families. Both my daughters and husband left with prizes ☺️ I only rated down one star due to the lack of food/drinks available. They had a speciality drinks vending machine inside, and what looked like a food hut outside but it was closed during our visit. I think if they had a small selection of food and drinks available to order this would be great! I was excited to hear about the expansion to Leicester city centre and hopefully with a bigger location, it can only get better! We were invited to visit Claw Kingdom as part of a gifted campaign through Instagram, however this review is based upon our own honest opinions. Thank you for a great visit! 🙂

Had the BEST time at Claw Kingdom with the family! We honestly couldn’t believe how many cuddly toys we came home with, it became very competitive very quickly 😂 The machines actually felt fair and fun to play, which made it even more exciting when we started winning loads. We left with shopping trolleys full of plushies and some very happy faces! The human claw machine was such a hilarious idea too. Also, a special mention to the lovely lady working there who was so welcoming and friendly. It was really nice hearing the story behind Claw Kingdom and how it’s grown into such a success. You can tell a lot of love and hard work has gone into the place. Such a fun, colourful, feel good place for families, couples, or anyone wanting to unleash their inner child for an hour or two. We’ll definitely be back!

Wow this place had completely exceeded my expectations here. The staff were so lovely and warming to everyone that came through the door. They were so polite, assuring and went through everything. The price here also, completely cheaper than I had thought. 100000% returning back for a lovely day with the kids. The machines had been stocked up brilliantly!

Visited after school this afternoon on the request of my daughter for her 10th birthday. Was apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but prepared to give it a chance. Yes it is tiny, and I would agree that the video clips on Insta etc could be a little misleading in that respect. Despite this I thought there was a decent selection of toys, and my daughter loved all the neon! It was pretty quiet, and we had a more pleasant time because of that. If it had been crowded this review might be different! Paid £20 for 60 tokens, and when the member of staff there heard it was our daughter's birthday, she gave us some free tokens as well, which was nice. We know these kind of games are mostly down to luck, so were prepared that she might not win loads, but she managed to win 9 plushies in total and was very pleased with her haul. It is an expensive way to buy plushies, but it's also about the fun of the challenge. We didn't spend long there, only about half an hour, but our daughter was happy so we were happy! At no point were we offered free tokens for leaving a good review, so don't know what that's about. The staff member there was kind and helpful, especially when my daughter was nervous about going on the Human Claw. Wouldn't visit regularly, but as a one-off birthday treat, it was good!
