A very homely, clean and quite room. Excellent upkeep also very close to the train station along with the city just minutes away , clearly one of the better B&Bs on the street. Very pleasant owner too, very pleased with the whole service.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The room was excellent for the price I paid. It was clean, modern, with a freshly fitted carpet along with tea and coffee facilities and TV. The bed was extremely comfortable. Just a 10 minute walk from the train station. I would definitely book again.

I think this is probably one of the best places you can stay at in Leicester central for this budget. For what you pay you get: A considerably larger clean room, with comfortable bed, TV, corner sink and tea/coffe stand. Nice clean bathrooms and common areas. A great central location wit loads of options for food and drinks. A friendly helpful owner. I will likely use this guest house again on my short business stay in Leicester.

5 stars right away for being greeted by the cutest, sassy pants kitty cat ever! A perfect location, nicely looked after and clean rooms, the bedsheets had a lovely, fresh scent to them. Susan is very lovely and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again, and I also highly recommend this guest house.
