Please read this review before use Boost Leicester Terrible experience. Avoid this place.I paid for the expensive VIP package, but absolutely none of the advertised services were available or provided to us. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and treated us very poorly. Complete waste of money and zero customer care. Save your money and go somewhere else!I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with Boost Leicester. I booked and paid for a VIP package, but none of the services guaranteed. The level of customer service was incredibly poor, and we felt mistreated throughout our time there. I expect a much higher standard of professionalism and delivery of service when paying for a premium tier. I would appreciate management contacting me to resolve this issue and discuss a refund. Thie bad experience was today 4th of July. We wait 1 hour for the room to be prepared. This is what they said about the room. After we wait room very dirty, table not clean properly, and the hostes party was not present to assist as.

Had a children’s party. Amazing party. Worth the money. The host Shonah was always at hand and there to guide me through the process plus they were happy to chat and was very lovely person in general. Children had a blast and the food was tasty. Will book there again.

Had a wonderful time. Our party organiser Aicha made sure everything ran smoothly. Even went above and beyond replacing a baloon just because they heard my son mention it wasn't his favourite color. The kids at the party had a great time and the parents found the area for spectators and the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

We held our daughter Lexi’s 7th birthday party at Boost Leicester today and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The whole experience exceeded every expectation — the venue was fantastic, the energy was brilliant, and the kids had the most amazing time. But the real star of the show was our party host, Harleen. She was absolutely outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble — she was warm, attentive, enthusiastic and made every single child feel so special. Harleen kept everything running smoothly and made sure Lexi’s day was truly magical. She went above and beyond in every way and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for better. The staff on the day were equally brilliant, and the communication from the customer service team in the run-up to the party was excellent too — special mention to Warren who helped us sort dietary requirements ahead of the day . If you’re thinking about booking a birthday party at Boost Leicester, don’t hesitate. It was worth every penny and we will absolutely be back. Thank you so much to the whole team — Lexi is still smiling! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
