What visitors say

Javier Romero

I would not give this facility a 5-star rating because, although my overall experience was acceptable, there are areas that require improvement. The water was clean, which is very important, but unfortunately the same standard was not reflected in the amenities. The changing rooms, in particular, were not very clean and would benefit from more frequent and thorough cleaning. As this is a swimming pool, hygiene standards should be a top priority at all times. Despite these concerns, I would still visit again. However, I believe this is something management should pay close attention to and address promptly, especially considering that schools use the facility on a daily basis. Improving cleanliness and maintenance would create a more professional environment and enhance the overall experience for all visitors.

This gym is disgustingly dirty. The toilets and urinals are most of the time broken and clogged. For environmental reasons (they say) you go from freeze temperature in some rooms to boiling hot to other rooms. Prices, for those that are paying in full, are extremely high and not competitive with major gyms with pool in London. Added new pictures. Health and safety not respected with exposed wires from hairdryers in make changing room and no working hairdryers in the swimming pool changing area.

Overall, a disappointing experience at this gym. The facility feels quite under-equipped, with a limited number of machines and weights. The changing rooms and toilets are in clear need of refurbishment and do not feel clean or well-maintained. On top of that, there is a serious lack of communication regarding the women-only gym session on Friday evenings. This is not properly advertised, and there is no clear notice on the website, timetable, or terms and conditions indicating this restriction. As a result, members can enter the gym and begin training only to be asked to leave shortly after. Overall, the experience falls short of what you would reasonably expect given the cost of the membership.

They completely blocked out the only feature that makes the soft play area inviting and pleasant for children! What used to be a nice light filled space is now a dark and dingy cave. It’s already limited in terms of local choices for soft play areas in winter and good party venues. This is all because the general manager had found this to be the best solution for privacy and to make the space feel brighter and livelier! Blocking out the entire window and all source of natural light, so a translucent film is not enough privacy, they had the film on both sides of the window, front and back! Absolutely disappointing!
