Love Lane Villa

Through the entrance of Love Lane Villa, you step into a ground floor designed for gathering. Two separate living rooms give groups space to spread out, each with a smart TV. The kitchen and dining area sit together, fitted with everything needed to cook properly—electric oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine all there. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included, along with a welcome pack when you arrive.

Upstairs, four bedrooms sleep eight: two doubles at 4ft 6in, one double sofa bed on the ground floor, and a bedroom with two 3ft single beds. There are two bathrooms—one with a bath and shower attachment, the other a shower cubicle. A private hot tub seats six and sits in the garden. One well-behaved pet stays free. No smoking inside.

The house sits in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Lincoln Arboretum, the Cathedral Quarter, and the city centre with its independent shops and cafés. A pub is less than a mile away. The location works well for families or groups wanting both access to Lincoln's medieval heritage and a peaceful base to return to. Arrive after 4pm, depart by 10am.
