Can't recommend this place enough! We paid £25 for my son who is nearly 16 and loves VR for a 60minute experience which you think won't be enough time but is actually more than enough. Then paid £10 for an extra 15 minutes which worked out 3, 5 minute add on experiences using the pods and bike. If your a parent going with a child you can sit at a table and watch what they can see on a screen. Laura knows her stuff and couldn't of been more helpful! We will definitely be returning. Awesome first time experience. Different great solo and multiplayer games and lovely and extremely friendly staff. Highly commendable and will definitely come back for more fun with my friends when I come back to Liverpool.

Fantastic! Booked for daughters birthday. Went on the Friday night 6-7pm. The lady who looked after us - Laura - was brilliant! Took lots of time to explain everything to my daughter and show her different games. Instructions were perfect! Very knowledgeable! So many different facilities but my daughter wanted to try the headsets first in the normal VR area (apparently there’s PODS and a roller coaster simulator too!) My daughter absolutely loved Laura and the place and wanted to go back! So we went again on the Sunday. Again Laura was fantastic with my daughter and showed her other games to try and helped her when she was inside the game too when she couldn’t find things. She’s an absolute asset to the company and a big part of the reason we returned! Whatever she’s being paid - she deserves double!! Will be back in a few weeks once back from holiday and would definitely make this a regular thing. My 8 year old loved Laura & loved VR-Here. Can’t wait to have a go at the other facilities too! Thanks very much!!
