About Premier Inn Liverpool City Centre Moorfields

For travellers who want a straightforward, well-located base rather than a fussy hotel experience, Premier Inn Liverpool City Centre Moorfields fits the bill. It's within easy reach of Moorfields Station, the city's museums and the waterfront, making it a practical choice for weekend breaks, sightseeing trips or anyone attending events in the city centre.

The hotel has 165 rooms, all en-suite with air conditioning, and guests regularly note the bathrooms are a decent size. Rooms come with drinks facilities, and accessible rooms are available. There's a restaurant on site serving breakfast with a good range of choices, plus 24-hour reception and a lift serving the five floors. Staff are consistently described as friendly, though service at busier times can be a little slow.

Parking isn't available on site but chargeable options can be found nearby. The surrounding area has plenty to occupy free time, with pubs, bars and entertainment close by, and fishing spots for those wanting a quieter pursuit. It's a solid, no-nonsense option for getting into the heart of Liverpool without paying over the odds.

A few issues with check-in and rooms/dates we booked not pulling through correctly on the system which was a little frustrating but got all sorted in the end. I just wanted to leave a review for Paige as she was just wonderful and such a great asset to the team. Both mornings she was there to greet us at breakfast with a smile and really went out of her way to make the guests feel comfortable and taken care of. She is a lovely part of the team and we can tell she really cares about the client experience and satisfaction in the hotel :)

Room needs maintenance. Extractor not working in bathroom. Hairs around bath and sink. Mould around heating/ventilation panel. Window, damaged window cill. Window Glass gulls friendly. Staff amazing. Breakfast good, except for the bacon, tough. Will use again when in Liverpool.

the rooms are really dated, can hear every footstep creaking from all adjacent rooms and the hall. there is no working extraction in the bathroom so there is mold build up and a stagnant odor, and steam hangs for ages after a shower. the water pressure is a dribble. my room was not cleaned properly, as grey and pink stains all over the bathroom as well as greasy marks over the bedroom walls. one of the bedside lamps is literally hanging off the wall. on the plus side, the bed is comfy and there is a tub. there are not enough vegan options to warrant attempting to eat here - didn't bother paying for the breakfast or dinner

Pretty standard premier inn. Room was ok, nice shower. The room has airconditioning which is nice. The room was clean. But the hotel is clearly in need of refurbishment. The room looks tired, flaking paint, mouldy spots on the bathroom ceiling. Location is excellent, everything in walking distance.
