About Terlon Apartments
Liverpool's city centre is well stocked with places to eat, drink and explore, and Terlon Apartments puts guests right in among it on Victoria Street. The apartments work well as a base for anyone who wants a bit more space and independence than a standard hotel room, whether that's for a weekend away or a longer stay.
Each apartment comes with an en-suite bathroom and a kitchen, so guests can cook their own meals or simply store a few essentials rather than eating out for every meal. There's a lift for easier access, free WiFi throughout, a laundry service for longer stays, and 24 hour reception to handle check-in and any queries at any time.
Beyond the door, the surrounding area has plenty to offer, with pubs, restaurants and entertainment venues nearby, along with a golf course for those wanting to fit in a round during their stay. It's a practical, well-placed option for exploring what Liverpool has to offer.

Had an amazing stay here! We booked a different hotel originally, but it was in an abysmal condition. Found this place and relocated and checked in within an hour! Staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. Facilities in the room were amazing. Kitchen facilities not suitable for long term stay, but extremely convenient for a 2-3 night stay. Dont understand why other reviewers are complaining about the noise at night, as it very obviously will be noisy, with rooms being directly above the Cavern Club! Location was perfect as we were close to museums, shops, bus station, etc. AC wasnt working, but there was a fan in the room anyways. Couldn't recommend this place any more, for the price and condition!

We booked this apartment based on the photos and description, but what we arrived to was completely different. The place was dirty, with marks all over the floors, walls, and tables, and it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned or cared for in a long time. There were broken lamps, faulty cupboards, and even broken glass, which felt unsafe. The wallpaper was peeling off, and none of the windows could be opened, leaving the apartment stuffy and uncomfortable. Multiple plug sockets didn’t work. The beds were rock hard, making it impossible to get any rest, and to make things worse, the bedside lamp was faulty and hanging over the bed so I kept banging my head on this. The bed was the creakiest bed I had ever slept on. The door handles were broken. The front door lock didn’t feel safe. The sofa wasn’t comfortable either. We contacted the property immediately to report these issues and to request a refund, but no one ever replied — despite their promise that they “would love the opportunity to make guests happy if something goes wrong.” Unfortunately, that was not true in our experience. Overall, there was a major lack of care and maintenance, and the apartment was nothing like what was advertised, especially for the price we paid. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property unless significant improvements are made and the owners start taking guest feedback seriously.

It s never what it looks like on the website but for the price of it plus the location it was a great stop over I have stayed in worse yes it could do with a lick of paint or a new carpet on the stairs but the room itself was fine I had a good nights sleep it felt very comfortable also the lady who worked reception was fine so no issues from me it’s nice to have options or stop some where else but first impressions or expectations can’t fault the price

The rooms and facilities are very budget, but it was priced to reflect this, we thought it was good value for money. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Location is great if you want to be in the city centre. We were right on the busy street and the noise from outside really wasn’t bad, slept fine. The main bonus here is having the kitchen in the room, nice to be able to get up and have breakfast. It is not equipped for cooking (but we didn’t plan to anyway). Only problem we had was they would not provide two keys for the room which is not an issue I’ve had at other hotels. Makes it tricky if you aren’t both doing the same thing as you have to plan ahead and leave the keys at reception (which isn’t always open).
