Broadway Hotel

My daughter and I are staying for one night. I didn't know what to expect. The hotel is close to the town centre and the prom. Easy to walk to fron the train station. The hotel looks nice from the outside. The host is very nice and explained everything clearly to us. Upon entering our room the first thing I noticed was the fresh white clean bedding. I always check the bathrooms before I use the room and it was sparkling clean. My daughter enjoyed a bath while I put the kettle on and drank a well deserved coffee. We will definitely be using this hotel again.

We are currently staying at this hotel as a couple with a small dog. I cannot speak more highly of the service being received, the high standard of cleanliness in the bedroom, en-suite bathroom and the other public areas. The breakfast this morning was lovely, plenty of choice and the full English was delicious and well presented. The waiter was very polite, friendly and attentive to our requirements. The gentleman on reception when we arrived was also polite, friendly and attentive. We had a slight ‘hiccup’ upon arrival but this was resolved professionally and immediately. We weren’t expecting housekeeping services this morning, therefore, we were delighted to return from a walk to see that the room had been serviced. I cannot speak more highly of this hotel and its staff. Very reasonably priced, recently decorated (we stayed here 10 years ago when it was badly in need of a refurbishment), comfortable, warm and accommodating - central to the seaside shops, retail shopping park and the pier - all within walking distance. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you to the staff for your hard work and for making us feel so welcome.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, right at the center of the city and close to the beach, promenade and pier. The rooms are spacious enough but need bit of renovation. Though they were quite clean and tidy. The receptionist was very helpful and cooperative. Special thanks to him for making our experience comfortable.

Very quiet and pleasant place to stay. We visited on a very warm day, and unfortunately the room became quite hot during the night. We tried to open the windows for some fresh air, but they were difficult to open. The welcome was warm and the service was very good throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience enjoyable.
