Stayed just for a day last Friday and stayed overnight. The staff were wonderful and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We had free parking at the rear of the hotel, ( which you can have if they have spaces). The rooms were very clean and comfy with towels and shampoo and handwash provided, also towels extra pillows, tea and coffe tray, hairdryer and mirror and TV. We had a room right on the front with sea view. The hotel is well situated close to the pier and the tram station to the great Orme. Very good value and would highly recommend a stay here.

Perfect stay at The Esplanade! Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Perfect beachfront location only a short walk to the pier. Great size rooms and delicious breakfast with a huge choice of items. Would highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay.

Excellent stay with a great seaside experience. The location is a major highlight — right on the promenade with beautiful sea views, making it perfect for a relaxing family stay. Everything in Llandudno is easily accessible, including the pier and nearby attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. While not overly luxurious, they had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, making check-in and overall service smooth and welcoming. Breakfast was good with a decent variety, and the dining area had a nice atmosphere. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a fantastic location. A solid choice for stay visiting North Wales.

Just arrived back from an overnight stay and already looking to book a return trip. Negatives.... The carpet isn't great... Positives... Where to start!! The room was great, very spacious, comfortable and extremely clean, everything we needed. The service was amazing from start to finish, the restaurant staff in particular couldn't have gone any more above and beyond. The food was outstanding; the evening meal was perfect and the breakfast was even better... the scrambled egg is not to be missed!! We will definitely return!
