About Karden House

Karden House suits visitors who want no-fuss, comfortable lodging within easy reach of Llandudno's centre, rather than a grand hotel experience. This Victorian guest house keeps things simple, with ten en suite rooms that give guests a private bathroom, a place to rest after a day's walking, and access to a lounge and bar downstairs for a quiet drink in the evening.

Breakfast is included, and packed lunches can be arranged for guests heading out for the day, which makes Karden House a practical base for those planning to explore on foot. Facilities extend to free WiFi, air conditioning, a lift, and luggage storage, while free on-site parking removes one of the usual hassles of a seaside stay.

The location puts guests close to The Summit Complex and within a short distance of Llandudno itself, with pubs, restaurants and entertainment nearby for evenings out. It works well as a straightforward, well-placed stop for anyone wanting comfortable rooms and an easy walk into town rather than added extras.

What a lovely hotel. The lady who greeted us was lovely. The hallway was warm and welcoming with some beautiful pieces of artwork dotted around. (Nice touch). Our room on the ground floor was not huge but ample with plenty of storage and a comfy bed. The cleaning is of a very high standard. Being a cleaner myself I had to check every nook and cranny. The en suite shower room had plenty of fluffy towels. I was surprised at how full the dining room was for breakfast as there was no noise the previous evening. Brekkie was amazing with plenty of choice. I would have given 5 stars but the dining room was downstairs and my dodgy knees didn't like walking back up, especially after all that food! Don't let that put you off. I wasn't expecting very much as we paid so little. We will definitely stay there next time I come home to Llandudno.

This absolutely gorgeous and well run B&B in the lively town of Llandudno is great value for money. Stayed as a solo traveller: the owner Janet is really nice and is happy to help you with any request or with tourist information. Superb breakfast and service! Rooms are tidy and beds are made daily.
