Looking for somewhere really rather glam for all the family in Carmarthenshire? You may well like the look of The Pod at Gerycoed, a high-spec wooden pod sleeping up to four in sleek and spacious modern surroundings less than five minutes' drive from the village of Llangadog.
Accessed through floor-to-ceiling glass doors, the generous open-plan living space benefits from a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge, one double bed and bunk beds plus a luxuriously stylish bathroom. Set in its own large, securely fenced and private garden with stunning Carmarthenshire views extending in all directions from the decking, the pod also has an alfresco seating area, its own exclusive-use hot tub, a barbecue and firepit.
You can source goodies for the grill from the butchers in Llangadog, or treat yourselves to meals out in the village's several pubs. Access is via a separate private gateway with plenty of parking adjacent, and a starter pack of local produce awaits your arrival. Note that pets aren't permitted here.

We had an amazing stay in this Luxury Pod! From start to finish, the communication with the owner was excellent—clear, friendly, and helpful both before and during our visit. The accommodation itself was outstanding: beautifully designed with high-end fixtures, fittings, and amenities. Every detail had been thought through, making it feel truly luxurious. Towels were provided for both showering and hot tub use, and the hot tub was spotless and easy to operate—a huge win for our family! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pod had a warm, cozy feel that made it perfect for relaxing. The large, secluded garden gave us a real sense of privacy and tranquility, yet we were only a few minutes’ drive from the local village and close to some fantastic attractions. Each morning, we even enjoyed watching large Red Kites flying overhead! We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Spent the day there with my family who were booked for the whole weekend. Lovely area - very peaceful. Didn't want for anything - all facilities provided. Lovely garden area, spacious, plenty of room for the kids. Hot tub, barbecue and nice setting area with a firepit. Love to go back there.
