We hosted my engagement party at Aethos and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we started planning, Andrew and Beatriz were so accommodating and helpful, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They made the whole process feel easy and stress-free! The hotel itself is gorgeous, very chic but still really welcoming and it was the perfect setting for such a big night for us. I also stayed overnight and the room was amazing. So clean, beautifully done, and big comfortable bed! Felt like such a treat. And I have to shout out Amanda and the whole bar team being immaculate vibes all evening, keeping the drinks flowing and the energy high. So grateful to the whole team for hosting us and helping make it such a special memory. We’ll 100% be back 🤍🥂

A truly luxurious stay from start to finish. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning, luxe interiors that make you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. Every detail has been carefully thought through, and the whole place feels effortlessly premium What really made the experience, though, was the phenomenal staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Every member of the team was super polite, genuinely friendly, and always happy to help. I watched them going above and beyond for other guests too—carrying luggage, waiting with guests for taxis, helping load bags, and taking the time to explain all of the room amenities The attention to detail was exceptional. The bathroom amenities were beautiful, and the scent of the shower gel and hand soap was incredible I genuinely wanted to take the fragrance home. I loved the pillow menu (the lavender pillow was divine), and as it was my birthday they surprised me with a handwritten birthday message, chocolate-covered strawberries and a chocolate mousse cake, which was such a thoughtful touch The room was stunning, the drinks were fantastic, and even the smallest details elevated the experience. My ginger and pomegranate shot was served in a beautiful shot glass, and even the wine glasses were elegantly stemmed and added to the luxurious feel We stayed here when it was Nobu, and this experience was even better. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. A huge thank you to every member of stafffrom the bar team and security to the front-of-house team. You made my birthday weekend feel incredibly special

A beautiful and inviting hotel, and quite possibly the nicest in Shoreditch. The design feels unique and boutique. Some of the staff appear a bit cool (both on reception and in the dining room), but a special shoutout to the tall gentleman who assists with the luggage who was delightful. The housekeeping team have an extraordinary attention to detail and the room was always flawless. The bedding is extremely clean and comfortable. Loved the in-room kettle and ironing board. Excellent water pressure. Beautiful natural shampoo/handwash products. Some constructive feedback for the room itself: - the spiky faucet handles are a bit uncomfortable to turn on and off. - the button on the toilet is hard to press. - a toilet brush would be useful. - the rain shower needs descaling as the water goes in different directions rather than down. - Netflix is no longer compatible with the casting on the TV.

Can not recommend enough. Modern, sleek hotel in a revitalized area of London. Everything is modern, clean. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with travel plans. Whether getting a taxi, finding a pub, helping out with traveling plans they all are warm and hospitable. Breakfast is solid at the restaurant. Food is delicious and helpful before a day of traveling. Rooms are sleek and modern. Everything has been renovated. Gym and amenities are 5 stars. Extra special thank you to the front staff of Jasen, Nafis, Liesi, Owen, and Meddie we all appreciate the extra lengths you went to in making our stay memorable and unforgettable. As amazing as the hotel infrastructure and Annette's are, these 5 front staff members were the superstars. Thank you again. Will return again and again.
