The place is fun the staff is lovely, however there is serious hygiene issues! The green carpet is absolutely filthy with visible stains all over the stairs are covered with grime some of the play area are full of dust which hasn’t been cleaned for years!

Extremely disappointed with our visit to Flip Out Brent Cross. We paid £89 for a 2-hour session, and it was a total waste of money. The Google photos are completely misleading and appear to be from 3 years ago( confirmed by staff)—the current reality is a facility that is poorly maintained and under-equipped. The main issues: Broken Attractions: The Battle Cannons were not working, and the Drift Trikes were completely out of use. These were major reasons we booked, yet no warning was given. Severe Under-capacity: There were only 4 donuts available for the Donut Slide for roughly 70-100 children. Hygiene: The toilets were in a terrible state and smelled significantly. For a place catering to families, this is unacceptable. For the price they charge, you expect a premium experience with working facilities. Instead, we got a crowded, run-down hall with half the activities closed. Save your money and go elsewhere until they actually invest in maintenance.

My toddler enjoyed the stay and play session here but definitely not worth the usual full price. Aisha was also nice and welcoming to us and the girl at reception. However, We came at opening time and the place was really dirty. There were sweets, coins, old socks, bottles all over the place. The toilets were also very unhygienic and no soap left, when we were the first one in there which means wasn’t cleaned from the day before… also a lot of the equipment wasn’t working, also chairs left on tables in cafe

Had such a fantastic experience! Brought a group of four boys for a 2-hour session, and they had an absolute blast from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Abdi at the Brent Cross location—he was incredibly engaging, friendly, and went out of his way to make the session extra special. Customer service like his makes all the difference. Highly recommend
