We went to watch the Michael film which we were very excited about as the cinema looked gorgeous and very modern/bougie. The epic screening looked wicked..until the film stopped playing halfway through. The start of the film was going well, we even had someone come out with a spotlight to introduce the film which was something I’d never experienced before! However, as we got to of the performance scenes, the screen simply stopped playing, but the audio kept playing? After around 5-10 the screen came back on, but the fact that we missed a scene from a great film was ignored..very unprofessional. Other than that the cinema was great, but unfortunately i can’t give a 5-star review because of that.

I visited Vue Leicester Square to watch a movie in Screen 8, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The air conditioning was not working, which was completely unacceptable, especially in the current hot weather. Although the staff handed out bottles of water to everyone, that didn’t solve the main issue. The auditorium became extremely hot and stuffy, and with a full audience eating food, the lack of ventilation made the smell linger throughout the screening. It was uncomfortable and made it difficult to enjoy the movie. I appreciate that the staff tried to help by providing water, but a cinema should ensure basic facilities like air conditioning are working before screening films. For a premium cinema in such a well-known location, I expected much better. I hope this issue is fixed soon so other customers don’t have the same experience.

I came here to watch housemaid with a friend who had free tickets. Really good film. Surprisingly good. It's definitely a bougie Vue, but that's to be expected given that it is in the west end. There was a bar area plus more available to buy on the ground floor and then another bar on the 2nd or 3rd floor. We went to screen 9. The seats are okay, not the most comfortable. I didn't like how far the screens seem. Didn't seem that big compared to an odeon cinema which was a little disappointing, so it wasn't the immersive experience you usually get in most cinemas of today. All in all I had a good time simply because the film was great!

Vue Cinema London West End offers an outstanding movie experience, especially if you’re watching a big release. I watched the new Avatar movie there in 3D, and the experience was truly unique and immersive. The Epic screen made a huge difference, with stunning visuals that pulled you right into the film. The seating in the Epic hall is exceptionally comfortable and luxurious, making it easy to relax and fully enjoy the movie. The sound quality and overall atmosphere really elevate the cinema experience, making it one of the best places to watch films in central London.
