What visitors say
This museum is just different. Never seen anything like this! It's as if a million of different items were donated to a museum, the best ones went to the main building, but too many others remained, and they were put up everywhere in this building instead. Every square meter contains an item or several! The architecture is also incredible from the inside! Highly recommended!

We came here quite at random, since we came quite early the queue wasn't that long. Interesting home of a commoner who rose to cult status. The staff is quite helpful and respond to queries of a home stocked tip to bottom. Here are some bits I heard. 1. The casts were procured so that the students could access during their studies here during the Napeolinc wars. 2. The glass colour is Mediterranean yellow to remind one of better weather. 3. A painting above the dinner table has an image of his wife. I would suggest booking a tour.

Pretty nice, there was kind of a long line to get in, and we had to wait for the tour to leave the rooms before we could go into those ones. Its kind of a tight squeeze in some areas, I would reccomend not bringing a bug bag since you will have to put it into the coat closet. The staff was friendly. It didn't take too long to get through everything. I didn't do the tour, but we went in at the same time as them, and finished looking around before they even moved to the second room, so I'm guessing the tour takes a while. Overall, pretty cool, like a hoarders house but of cool stuff.

A truly extraordinary museum and a hidden gem far away from the giant galleries like Tate Modern or the National Gallery. It’s packed with history but feels incredibly cozy, almost like a living room. The deliberate use of light and colors creates a unique charm that you won't find elsewhere. The information provided is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. While you should be prepared for a bit of a wait, it is absolutely worth it they ensure the museum never gets too crowded, allowing you to take your time and admire everything in peace. A must-see for anyone looking for something special!
