I visited this bowling alley and while the lanes themselves were great, the experience was let down by the service. I paid for two games, but due to delays caused by other customers, we were not able to start our second game within our allocated time slot. When I raised this with the receptionist, she was extremely rude and showed no understanding of the situation. Her only solution was to let us play for five minutes until the slot ended, which was unacceptable given that I had paid for two full games. Fortunately, after speaking with the manager, the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. The venue itself is good, but the customer service at reception definitely needs improvement.

Recently, I went bowling with my friends, and it was great! The atmosphere was amazing: dim lighting, music, and the sound of bowling balls and pins. It was like being in a movie. We rented a two-hour lane, which was just enough time to get into the game, compete, and not get tired. Overall, bowling is a great way to have fun with friends. We'll definitely go again!

Pretty good bowling alley. Not the best beer selection in my opinion but enough for all tastes to be catered for. Just maybe not the brands you like. They do food as well, was not bad for that type of place. We had a great time so would recommend the place.

This location offers a bowling alley, a bar/ lounge area and a section for quick bites and eating. It's a really nice place. The staff were polite, the cocktail I had was really nice as well as the chicken wings. The price was fair and value foe money. We had to wait for about 20 mins for a free bowling area but it wasn't crowded. The bowling screens and area functioned properly. It's a nice place for a date night, quick bites with friends and generally great for group hangouts. The music choices over the speakers were great as well. I rate them solid.
