Citadines Aparthotel Holborn-Covent Garden London

Can’t wait to be back here when the weather is much better. My mother and I stayed here during the peak of the heatwave and goodness!!! The room was never cold even when the aircon was at its lowest (19deg). The aircon was truly working its hardest and unfortunately nothing can be done, global warming is real, let’s be nicer to Earth. Room was clean and spacious for 2 persons. They had a laundry room too which I managed to take a look at - cosy place to do laundry + sit around and wait if you wanted to! But aside from things that were beyond our control, the hotel was a really great stay. Location was a less than 5 minutes walk from Holborn station. Many cafes/eateries/supermarkets nearby. And the area is constantly full of people but never extremely crowded or congested. Service was great too, never lacking. Recommend to all 10/10

Super comfortable and modern hotel with lots of space. We got an upgrade and the room felt like a small apartment - living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. TVs in both rooms and soundproof windows, so no street noise at all. Everything was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Great shower, and the air conditioning had separate controls in the living room and bedroom. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent - just one block from the metro. Would definitely stay again!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Citadines Holborn and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The residence is perfectly located, the rooms are comfortable and impeccably maintained, and the atmosphere makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. A very special thank you to Daniela, the Residence Manager, for her outstanding leadership, kindness, and genuine care for every guest. My sincere thanks also go to Rajib and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional hospitality. Every interaction was warm, professional, and thoughtful, and it was clear that everyone genuinely cared about creating a memorable guest experience. It wasn’t just the excellent service that stood out, but all the little thoughtful touches and kind intentions that made my stay so special. Those small gestures made a real difference and perfectly reflected what true hospitality is all about. I highly recommend Citadines Holborn to anyone visiting London. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at Citadines Holborn-Covent Garden London. The location is fantastic and one of the best features of the hotel. Holborn Underground Station is less than a 3-minute walk away, making it incredibly easy to travel around London. The hotel is surrounded by universities, cafés, restaurants, and shops, and you can easily walk to Covent Garden, the British Museum, Piccadilly, and even Oxford Street, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. What really made our stay memorable was the outstanding service from the team. A special thank you to Melanie for her kindness and professionalism, and to all the staff who were always welcoming, helpful, and quick to assist. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, with a mirror and conveniently placed power outlets, making it easy to use a hair dryer or other styling tools. The room also included a fridge, a small kitchenette, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and good-quality toiletries, including shampoo and body lotion. The hotel offers complimentary coffee and drinking water in the reception area, where you can refill your water bottle anytime. There is also a comfortable lounge and waiting area, luggage storage, step-free access with a ramp for wheelchair users and guests with luggage, and screens displaying the daily weather forecast, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping is provided on a scheduled basis for longer stays, and if you need fresh towels, extra rubbish bags, or any additional items, the staff deliver them to your room promptly. Overall, this is an excellent choice for both short and extended stays in London. The combination of an outstanding location, excellent facilities, and exceptional customer service made our experience truly enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.
