What visitors say
The staff was amazing! Very kind and helpful throughout my visit. Made the museum itself even more enjoyable. I enjoyed all the illusions and getting to just play essentially. Was very quiet while I was there so I really got to take in each display fully. Took me about an hour and half total and like I said that was with me taking it slow. There were lockers, hangers, and bathrooms available. Elevator for those who need it too.

Absolutely love it ❤️ since we was entered this place we was warm welcomed. There was no queue, had lockers, hangers for clothes everything free, toilet as well. We spend 2h enjoying and having fun. 2 people enough to make a picture. A massive thank you for signs on each wall which helps to understand what need to do and it is explaining why we see like this. There was no queue to see each room, or picture. Not too crowded which is really helpful to enjoy experience 😍 many positive vibes and we decided that we definitely will come again in this amazing place

I recently brought my nephew here for a day out and w had a great time. There are so many interesting interactive rooms and illusions. My 10 year old nephew had a great time and so did i. It a great place to take kids and even for adults. They stagger the time slots as it does get crowded so this helps. Time slots fill up in the holiday periods so try to book in advance if going with children. You can't buy tickets on the door and they is a booking fee online which seems a little unfair. I think they should relook this as you are forcing people to book online but adding to the ticket price

Really fun activity to try in London - my son aged 11 and my father (aged 80 with a mobility scooter) both really enjoyed it and the photo opportunities are awesome! I would say that they shouldnt allow so many people in for each booking - often my father could not get a good view of exhibits, as there were so many children and families that we had to queue to see the optical illusions. I do think the price was a little high also, but other than that it was a really wonderful thing to do. All but two of the exhibits are wheelchair accessable, and there are large lifts and doorways for easy access.
