About Sheraton Grand London Park Lane

Art Deco interiors run throughout Sheraton Grand London Park Lane, setting the tone for a substantial hotel of 303 rooms on Piccadilly. Spread across eight floors, it sits within easy reach of Green Park, Buckingham Palace and Mayfair, making it a practical base for exploring central London on foot.

Rooms are well-appointed with air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and city views in many cases, along with family and accessible options for different needs. A club lounge is a particular strength, with a well-regarded breakfast and evening snacks on offer, while the on-site restaurant and bar cover other dining needs, supported by room service and kids' meals. Guests also have use of a gym, business and meeting facilities, and concierge services, with valet parking available for an additional charge.

Staff are consistently described as attentive and helpful, and the location itself is a major draw, putting Mayfair and central London's main sights within walking distance. Some guests have noted that billing at check-out can be a little unclear, worth double-checking on departure. The hotel also offers wedding facilities, including a bridal suite, for those planning an event nearby.

Special thanks to the events team. We recently threw a very glamorous party at Sheraton Grand Piccadilly, and the events team was more than just kind. Customer-matching deals, easy communication, beautiful venue (newly refurbished tastefully), scrumptious food with all considerations accepted (VG, vegan, nut-free, gluten-free, etc.), and heartwarming services from the staff. We truly had a great party there. Silver Gallery is more than beautiful; Oakroom and Tudor Rose room are lovely and classic. Special thanks to Katie on her hard work and Quick communication and Nikky and Marcus for preparation and on-site service.

Had the best 5 night stay at the Sheraton Park Lane. Our room was more spacious than expected, the hotel location is very convenient (close to the tube, bus, across from the park), the breakfast in the lounge was excellent, the lobby and common areas of the hotel were gorgeous. But far and away the BEST part of our stay were the staff. Their warmth and friendliness was so sincere. Kwazi, John Smith, Mustafa, Tetiana, Nelson to name just a few. From the moment we stepped out of our taxi Mustafa was there with a big smile and a lollipop for our daughter - something that continued the whole stay! Every request was met promptly and like it was never any trouble at all. Housekeeping was wonderful and to come back to a spotless room every day was a treat. We were so sad to have to leave, though we look forward to staying there again on future visits. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

I stayed at the Sheraton Park Lane for a business trip and was very satisfied with my experience. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and equipped with excellent air conditioning. The bathroom was spacious and featured a large shower along with high-quality toiletries. The breakfast selection was varied, generous, and of very good quality. The room service was fast, efficient, and the food was presented beautifully, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also appreciated that the room was equipped with European power outlets, which was very convenient and eliminated the need for adapters. The lobby bar was elegant, spotless, and created a pleasant atmosphere. The ballroom was truly impressive and full of classic elegance, reflecting the hotel’s historic charm. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely be happy to return to this hotel in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and could not have been happier with our experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location—within walking distance of Buckingham Palace, the park, and a Tube station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring London. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. A special thank you to Yasmeen, whose warmth, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay even more memorable. Her service is truly exceptional, and she went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our room was spotless and impeccably clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the soft robes and slippers were such a lovely touch that we really appreciated. I’ve visited London several times and stayed at a number of hotels over the years, but this was by far my favorite. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
