About 62-66 Farringdon Apartments
Farringdon Road runs busy through this part of central London, lined with bars, restaurants and easy transport connections, and it's here that 62-66 Farringdon Apartments sits among the traffic and city buzz. It's a practical base for anyone wanting to be in the thick of things rather than tucked away in the suburbs.
The apartments are set up for both short stays and longer visits, each with an en-suite bathroom and a kitchen, so guests can cook their own meals or fall back on room service drinks if they'd rather not. Family rooms are available, and reception is staffed around the clock, which helps if you're arriving late off a train or flight. Free WiFi is included throughout.
Beyond the front door there's plenty to eat and drink nearby, with pubs, bars and restaurants within easy reach, along with other entertainment options scattered around the area. It suits business travellers and leisure guests alike who want a functional, well-connected place to stay rather than a destination in itself.
What guests say
The good news is that the flats are relatively near a tube station. we came during the summer, in the heat, and not being able to ventilate the place made it almost unbearable. We did learn a trick about a few of the windows that helped. We could not open the door to the balcony, which was just ridiculous. The mattresses are terrible and lead to difficult sleeping every night. The flat slept the six of us at a reasonable price. The kitchen was well stocked for eating at home. There are a lot of places to eat out nearby. With some money spent, this could be a great place. We did have lots of fans, but still not cool enough. This place was quite a mixed bag

The apartments are in a good location, spacious, and have everything you need for a short stay. On the downside: the building is poorly insulated, and you can hear both street noise and noise from inside the building (for example, I could hear every elevator going up and down from my bed). The apartment itself wasn't very thoroughly cleaned and needs better maintenance; the parquet floors are worn and creak with every step, and the bathroom needs some minor repairs. For the price, I expected them to be in better condition.

The apartment was in need of some maintenance. There was a lot of noise from neighbors and outside. The wooden floor creaked terribly. The paint in the bathroom was peeling. It was a nice location as a base, though. Kitchen utensils were minimal.

Avoid it, it's very hot all day long, it's awful, there's a bad smell in the rooms, you can't go on the terraces, the internal and external noise is very loud... there's more
