Well I know this place has got mixed reviews, some terrible and some good. I was lucky, my room was okay and I slept well for one night. On this occasion it was perfect for me as a solo traveller. By the way the room was £54, I not complaining. Easy check in and the staff were very friendly.

Definitely the grossest hotel I've ever stayed at. We had to steal toilet paper from the pub nearby. Check out the stains on this blanket! The bathroom door doesn't close. Calling the shower pressure a trickle is being generous. If you can afford to stay elsewhere you should.

I have never seen a hotel this dirty in my hole life. Ripped wall papers, mold on walls that makes wall paper fall from the walls. Hairs in the bathroom sink. The water kettle was dirty. Broken lock so we could not lock the room. The window was broken and didn’t close. Stains on the bedsheets. Broken electric heater and even if the heater would work nobody would touch it was filthy. Bathroom smells very bad. On the hotel kitchen window is a sign that it is not in use. A look through the kitchen window is provided in my pictures. We booked the room based on the pictures on your booking profile. There it looks completely different and clean. You sell brand new clean hotel rooms on booking but the real thing is a bare filthy glimpse of what it used to be! The condition of the hole hotel is not to UK or European standards. Do not fall in this trap, stay away!

STAY AWAY. on the pictures it looks beautiful in reality it's totally shocking, the room smells of damp and as damp everywhere, the bedding is all mixed match the mattresses are hard the pillows are like bricks dust all under beds, no AC or fan the only foam of fresh air is throw a shot window with black mould. The furniture is from the 60s no lamps and to top it of the guest house host can barely speak English so was hard to understand them, it's states on site parking which is basically parking in the front on the guest house just off the road at the extra cost off £10. I did report this to booking.com as my daughter as asthma and still no response from them Moral of the story is spend you money elsewhere and have a better experience somewhere else Disappointed isca understatement
