I had a great stay at the Apex Temple Court Hotel in London. It’s centrally located with many attractions nearby, and public transit is within walking distance too. I was here for one night, and Gloria at the reception made the check-in process quite smooth. She was kind enough to show me the directions to my room, which I especially appreciated. The room itself is much more than adequate—a comfortable bed, supplies for coffee, water, a duck(haha), and sufficient lighting. The bathroom has a tub and the shower had amazing water pressure. The shower was one of my highlights—the water pressure helped me relax after a long day exploring London. I called the reception late night about an AC issue since I was staying here on a warm London day, and they immediately looked into it and fixed the issue! I didn’t have breakfast here but they offer breakfast and drinks(for a price) in the lobby area. The area nearby is quite walkable. I don’t suggest renting a car on your trip to London, but if at all you’ve a car and you’re staying at this hotel, there are garages nearby where you can park your car. Overall, it was a great stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it!

Sure—here’s a polished, natural-sounding review you can use: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained—it truly felt fresh and comfortable every day. The facilities were great and well kept, and housekeeping did an outstanding job, cleaning and organizing the room daily to a very high standard. A special mention goes to the reception staff, who were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They even gave us the option to choose our room, and the one we selected turned out to be a fantastic choice. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed one night, during very hot weather. Aircon was effective and quiet, so we had a good night's sleep. The view from the 5th floor is good. Cooked breakfast was very nice, plus there are plenty of other options available. The room was spacious, with a good shower. Recommended.

I wanted to leave a positive note about the service team at Apex Temple Court. After my stay, I shared some feedback with the hotel, and the way the team handled it was excellent. Mr Santos was very professional, thoughtful, and genuinely attentive. He listened carefully, followed up in detail, and made a clear effort to ensure I felt heard and looked after. It is easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly, but the real test is how a team responds when something needs attention. In this case, the response was very strong, and I appreciated the care and professionalism shown
