Just a fantastic stay at this Hyatt. They were great with membership loyalty and service was just a real stand out. The rooms and bathrooms are very new and the location is surprisingly convenient for exploring much of London for business and pleasure. Jo at the front desk management was particularly awesome and professional and his customer service was really appreciated. Will def be returning and can recommend

The rooms and the location are fine (though far from great). The reason I write this review though is this hotel has a very real Service problem. The manager was rude upon check-in and refused to upgrade my room despite me having high status. I had to ask three times for a power adapter to be brought to my room, and I asked three times for foam pillows and they still were never provided. The concierge was very friendly, but I found out later he lied to me multiple times with some of his recommendations. He clearly didn't have answers to my questions, which is fine, but I would rather he said he does not know than lie to me and waste my time wandering around the city. And then then things he did not lie about weren't very good recommendations. I had three packages shipped to the hotel ahead of time and the hotel lost two of the three. And the final straw, I tried to order room service and was told that 99% of the menu list was not available, all they had was fruit. And then I waited around for over an hour for them to bring me the fruit, and they never did, so I cancelled the order and their only response was "Sorry about that". I will never stay at this hotel again, and I strongly recommend that you, reader, do not either! There are better places at this price point. I am very passive and have never written a review in my life, but this experience has been that bad. I spend a lot of money ever year staying at Hyatt's on work trips. This has been extremely disappointing to my brand loyalty.

Alexander at Hyatt Blackfriars London made our stay truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure my girlfriend and I had an amazing experience. Every interaction with him made us feel welcome and valued. He went above and beyond to help us and was always attentive, thoughtful, and happy to assist with anything we needed. It is rare to meet someone who provides such genuine hospitality, and his positive attitude made a lasting impression on us. Hyatt Blackfriars is very lucky to have someone like Alexander on their team. People like him are the reason guests come back and recommend a hotel to others. Thank you, Alexander, for making our trip so special. We truly appreciate everything you did and look forward to staying here again.

Trade central location for peace, quiet, and a short commute to the hustle and bustle of the west end. This hotel is the largest, nicest, cleanest, most comfortable hotel I’ve stayed in during my 10+ European trips. If you’re looking for large, spacious, clean, modern accommodations in this price point in London. This is pretty much it. Comfortable beds, large rooms, daily water, nice in hotel dining options including 24-7 room service, across the street from a tube stop, and lots of conveniences nearby. I’ll definitely stay here again.
