B+B Belgravia is at 64-66 Ebury Street, in a Grade II listed Georgian terrace between Victoria station and Sloane Square. It is a bed and breakfast in the proper sense - breakfast is cooked and included with the rooms, there is a lounge rather than a bar, and the scale is domestic - but the standard is closer to a small hotel than to a guest house.
Accommodation is split between bed and breakfast rooms in the main houses and separate studios and serviced apartments nearby, which have kitchenettes and suit longer stays or families. Breakfast is included with the rooms but not the studios, which is worth checking at the point of booking. Rooms are plain and light rather than heavily decorated, and sizes vary as they always do in a converted period terrace.
The practical extras are unusually good for the price: free Wi-Fi throughout, a laptop and printer available to guests, complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and mineral water available all day, a staffed reception with concierge service, and pet-friendly rooms for anyone travelling with a dog.
Ebury Street is a genuinely pleasant address - Mozart lived on it, and it runs through the quieter end of Belgravia towards Pimlico. Victoria station is five minutes away on foot for the Gatwick Express and the District, Circle and Victoria lines; Buckingham Palace, the Royal Mews, Tate Britain and Sloane Square are all a walk rather than a journey. For anyone who wants a central London base at a fair rate without staying in a chain, it is a sound choice.

The staff are all very friendly, and the room was a great size. Free breakfast thay was pretty good. Hotel is also pet friendly for £20 per night. It was a bit dated but we were still pleasantly surprised. Only initial concern was lack of soundproofing (old building) and no tea/kettle set up in the room, that's a bit odd for a hotel in England. Though, I came to realise maybe why they don't stock the usual biscuits and teabags in the rooms...we were woken up at 2am by 2 MICE in the room, nibbling on a single biscuit we had in my partner's handbag. I'd recommend the hotel seek some pest control, they clearly live in the walls as they disappeared quickly behind the cabinets/walls. That's why I would be hesitant to stay here again.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The room was unbearably hot with virtually no ventilation, making it impossible to get comfortable. The only cooling provided was a small fan, which did absolutely nothing to cool the room. It was far too hot to sleep in the bed, so we ended up sleeping on top of the covers and still couldn’t get comfortable. We also had to keep having cold showers throughout our stay just to cool down. A room should have adequate ventilation or effective cooling, especially during warm weather. Unfortunately, the lack of any proper cooling ruined our stay, and we would not choose to stay here again unless this issue is addressed.

I booked a double room for the 4 of us. The room given had the electrical building IT servors in front of one of the room. Not outside the booked appartment but inside the apartement. The noise was so disturbing that we decided not to sleep in the room. Beside the noise that stuff is quiet bad for kids with bas elctrical waves. The management did not want to know anything about that situation. I dont even understand as this is compliant to UK accomadation safety rules. The room was in the basement, the place was an old office transformed in an apartment with all previous electrical plugs made for offices. The apartment ceiling is really low that my head was almost touching the ceiling. I see important fire preventives rules not respected. As a sum up please book somewhere else or you will not sleep well and get really bad eletrical waves for you and your family, worst putting everybody on fire risk.

There is no any ventilation in the room, which means that the room is stuffy, cold, condensation forms in the bathroom. You have to be -60kg in the bathroom to be able to turn around between the tap and the shower. The heating system in the room does not work. You have to choose between 1 radiator out of three that heats 100% or not at all. Don't expect a fridge or a hairdryer, they don't have them. What's good - attitude, the staff is friendly. Breakfast is good, an egg dish is prepared a'la carte according to your wishes. What's great - location!
