About Belgravia Rooms
Some rooms at Belgravia Rooms come with shared bathrooms rather than en suite, a detail that sums up the no-frills approach here. This is a 30-room townhouse hotel on Ebury Street, in the heart of Belgravia, offering plain, functional accommodation for travellers who want a base rather than a destination.
Rooms are kept simple, with en suite bathrooms available in some cases, and a 24 hour reception means arrival isn't tied to office hours. There's no restaurant on site and no parking, but the hotel makes up for this with its position: pubs, bars, restaurants and other eateries are all close by, and entertainment options are within easy reach too.
The location is the main draw, with Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace both nearby, making this a practical choice for those who want to be near the sights and transport links without paying for extras. It suits guests after a straightforward, budget-conscious stay in a well-connected part of London.

What guests say
The location is excellent, and having a private bathroom was a plus—even though the shower was small, it was still nice to have. That said, the building has a noticeable odor and feels quite dirty. Rooms and communal areas aren’t cleaned properly, with heavy dust and grime on the walls, lamps, and other surfaces. There was black mold in the bathroom, and the shower had low water pressure, often leading to cold water. It was tough to get a warm shower at certain times—especially late at night—though mornings were better. The room itself was extremely small, as was the bathroom and shower. Shared bathrooms in other rooms were often busy, with people waiting. It’s okay for a quick one-night stay, but a longer visit would be a challenge. Still, the location is a definite highlight. Nice view from the top floor room.

I used Bounce to store luggage there. I left my back pack for several hours. Kept safe. Friendly and quick service.

I didn’t stay in the hotel. But I left my bags in there. Very easy, just book online, pay online, and you'll receive a QR code with some code, and then they scan your QR code to check in, same when you leave. They also put a number on the suitcase and you have to take a photo of that to remember it. The Asian guy from reception was absolutely amazing, very sweet, and very calm when he spoke. Definitely recommend it. 10/10

Great little hotel, budget price in an exceptional location. For anyone new to London prices, this is a budget hotel so if you're looking for luxury you need to add another £1000 to your accommodation budget. Beautiful area, 5 mins from all transport at Victoria, friendly staff with clean, basic rooms. Be aware this is an old, period building so there is no lift which is something to consider if you have mobility issues, but if not, don't let a few stairs put you off.
