About Astors Belgravia
Forty-five rooms make up Astors Belgravia, a B&B set along Ebury Street in Belgravia, just a short walk from Victoria Station. It's an adults-only property, so it suits couples and solo travellers wanting a calm base rather than a family stop, and the location is noticeably quiet given how central it is.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, drinks, and air conditioning, though some rooms are older and maintenance can be patchy, so it's worth not expecting everything to be pristine. Breakfast is included, and staff are on hand with concierge services, luggage storage and a laundry service to smooth over the practical side of a stay. Free WiFi runs throughout, and airport transfers can be arranged, though there's no on-site parking.
Pubs, restaurants and other eateries sit nearby, along with entertainment options, making it easy to fill evenings without travelling far. Victoria Station itself puts the rest of central London within easy reach, and beds here are consistently comfortable, which counts for a lot after a day of sightseeing.

GREAT LOCATION, EXCELLENT STAFF My sister and I had a wonderful stay in Belgravia. The location was absolutely perfect — centrally located yet incredibly quiet and peaceful at night. It made exploring London so easy and enjoyable. The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. It really made us feel comfortable and well cared for. Our room was very quiet, the bathroom was excellent, and everything was clean and well maintained. We also loved the breakfast setup — quick, convenient, and easy to grab and go before heading out for the day. Overall, everything about our stay was terrific, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Not a pleasant stay Checkin at 2pm was great, however when we got to the room the air conditioning was broken. We tried making it work for a long time, even looked up the system, nothing. We explained the issue to reception, and they said they would go to our room to take a look. Then we left for dinner. Came back and the air conditioner was still not fixed. We called again, they said maintenance is not here and they will come by tomorrow (they never did). To attempt to make the situation better, they gave us a fan that looked to be on its last limb. We paid for this room expecting air conditioning, and did not have any whatsoever. After viewing recent reviews, it looks like this issue has happened to several guests. There is no transparency, they knew it was broken and just tried to ignore it. The shower drain took ~30+ minutes to drain after a 5 minute shower. If you want to feel fully clean, you will not be able to in a room from this hotel. Plus there is no counter space anywhere. The room is extraordinarily small, the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. There are no outlets by the bedside tables either. Towels are changed everyday, free bottled water was also provided. The breakfast was less than average, but was manageable. Overall, this hotel was very unpleasant and I would not stay here again.

Myself and my Mam stayed here recently and had a fantastic experience. We shared a twin room and it is quite small. However, we have found this to be consistent of all central London hotels. We had a two night stay and it was perfect for us! Staff were absolutely lovely and we received a warm welcome from the staff at reception. The room was clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. There is no lift in the hotel and the stairs are quite steep so I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who is mobility-restricted unless staying on the bottom floor. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast as there are so many excellent places around the hotel that we wanted to try. The hotel is very central to lovely food spots, coffee and cakes. It’s right next to a Sainsbury’s Local which was super handy for snacks etc. Everything in the room ie. bottled water (which was replaced each time the room was cleaned), biscuits, tea and coffee etc. was complimentary. We found the hotel to be in a lovely, quiet and clean area and felt safe and comfortable while staying there. It was very quiet at all times, both outside and inside the hotel (only the occasional noise of the stairs). Overall, we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a similar experience. Our trip to London was to see Wicked in the Apollo Theatre which was less than a 10 minute walk away so this hotel was perfect for us! We flew into Gatwick and got the train straight to Victoria station. The station was also less than 10 minutes walk away and it was very easy to navigate. We would definitely rebook this hotel and look forward to our next visit.

The hotel is in a very old building. Unfortunately, it needs a complete renovation (electricity, plumbing, carpet replacement...etc.) There is no elevator, but there is staff who takes your luggage up and down, but you have to notify the reception. The air conditioning and heating system does not work in the room, so they provide electric radiators, which are also not very safe, they spark under current. The toilet made constant noises. When the other guests of the hotel used their own toilet, ours was even louder, so it was difficult to sleep. The staff is very nice, helpful. At breakfast, if it is not Jaskiran who is on duty, there is chaos in the kitchen, they forget to put out butter, Philadelphia, cucumber is cut into very thick slices, they forget to put out the donuts...etc. So 100% feedback to Miss Jaskiran for her fantastic work!! The room was clean, but they could put more emphasis on the guests' requests, for example, if I ask for only the trash to be emptied and vacuumed, they only do that in my room, do not put new towels, clean the bathroom...etc. The location of the hotel is very good, you can easily reach the main places on foot if you like walking around the city. Overall, I give it 4 stars, but only because of the staff!!
