What guests say
We needed a hotel close to the American Embassy and this hotel exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect, and also fabulously located for restaurants t The room was comfortable and clean. But I really must highlight the customer service. We had a number of requests before we arrived and each one was answered quickly and efficiently. On check in Ali who welcomed us was incredible. He was so helpful, friendly and went out of his way to welcome us. I have worked in hospitality for 40 years and this Gentleman is an absolute superstar. A fabulous stay. Thank you.

The hotel was excellent overall — clean, tidy, and well-maintained throughout. The staff truly stood out: extremely friendly, always ready to help, and available whenever needed. I'd especially like to give a special mention to Mr. Pavan and Mr. Ali, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Their professionalism and warmth made a real difference. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with outstanding service.

I usually don't write reviews on my first day, but this time I absolutely have to. My cozy single room is incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was divine; the bacon was perfectly cooked and grease-free. I'm sure the staff will make the rest of my stay pleasant. Highly recommend!

Stayed for three nights for work ( between the weekend and leaving on Monday). Special thanks to Rahul at the reception, was extra helpful with directions and accommodating the process. Always welcoming when entering the hotel. The room is nice, equipped with all you need...comfy bed with a TV...if you need an iron, you can ask them and they'll provide one. Location is great, just a short walk to the station and getting the tube to the centre. It's quiet, so you don't worry about hearing other people from other rooms : ) But I would keep the window open when you can, can get stuffy.
