About Blackbird
Blackbird works best for visitors who want their accommodation and their evening meal sorted under one roof, in a spot close to Earls Court Underground Station in Greater London. It's a pub-hotel rather than a formal city hotel, so expect a relaxed, sociable ground floor built around dining and drinking, with rooms upstairs offering en-suite bathrooms, free WiFi and drinks available on request.
The kitchen is the main draw, turning out classics like Sunday roast, fish and chips and traditional meat pies, with vegetarian and gluten-free options catered for and a kids' menu for families. Breakfast is served each morning, there's a bar on site, and reception operates around the clock for late arrivals or early starts. Staff are generally friendly and prices reasonable, though service can be a little slow at busier times.
Being near the Underground makes it a practical base for exploring London, with further pubs, bars and restaurants within easy reach for anyone who fancies a change of scene. It suits guests after straightforward, well-fed comfort rather than a polished hotel experience.
What guests say
Had a lovely relaxed stay here from start to finish. Great location so close to the tube station, warm friendly welcome and allowed us to check in early as the room was ready. Super clean and comfortable had everything we needed. Complimentary drink at the bar was a nice gesture too. Enjoyed a few drinks in the bar. Breakfast was very tasty with good options. All staff we had contact with were very attentive and friendly. The Blackbird was such a good find and would highly recommend it as a place to stay. We would love to return. Thank You for the warm welcome

Extremely friendly pub. We just popped in for a quick drink to escape the rain. Quickly served, and wish I hadn't eaten heavily earlier as the fish and chips/pies being served around us looked fantastic. I just had a Scotch egg bar snack that was served with an amazing beer mustard.

The Blackbird and Fullers Pub were wonderful! We stayed four nights and were very comfortable. The food was amaizing and lots to choose from along with drinks of all sorts. We stayed in the Hitchcock Room on the top floor. It was private, large comfortable bed and a great shower. The staff are extremely accommodating and super nice! We will stay here again next time we are in London.

The location is good. However, the pub smelled very strongly of seafood. The table had leftover food over it… the staff would not clean the table until being asked a third time over around 25 mins. When someone cleaned the table, the individual banged the salt and pepper and had a poor attitude and looked at us rudely.
