Feel like home away from home. Hidden gem a few minutes walk from Fulham Broadway tube station (District line). Beautiful Victorian house nicely renovated with a modern twist. The room was comfortable and included everything you need for your stay. The availability of one King room, one Double ensuite, and one Single room makes it ideal for couples as well as one family or even solo travelers. Warmly welcomed by one of the nicest homeowners, Charlotte makes you feel pampered all the time from light breakfast to suggestions about what to see, where to eat, and friendly talks. I will definitely choose to stay again at Barclays 21 whenever travelling to London. The neighborhood is really nice and safe with lots of bars and restaurants.

I’ve stayed in countless places over the years, but this one is truly a rare gem I’m grateful to have discovered. From the moment I arrived, everything felt exceptional. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully maintained, and genuinely comfortable. The location was perfect. But what truly sets this place apart is the host, Charlotte. She is an outstanding, caring, and thoughtful host who goes above and beyond in ways most places don’t even think of. When I mentioned I enjoy red wine, she made sure to keep some ready for me — such a simple gesture. She is an exceptional host, and her hospitality elevates the entire experience. I would recommend this place to absolutely everyone.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable and beautiful, and Charlotte is such a great host. Also we love the fresh croissants in the morning! 10/10 we highly recommend and will keep coming back.

I originally booked an Airbnb for my stay in London and for the first time ever, left because I felt unsafe in the accommodation. As it was late in the afternoon, I was calling and searching for available hotel rooms and came across Barclay House London Boutique Bed and Breakfast. Thankfully a room was available and Charlotte and her team were able to accommodate me last minute. I am most grateful! The location, less than five minute’s walk to the Fulham Broadway underground station, was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The single room was small yet well appointed and I was quite comfortable—the price was very reasonable. I was so pleased with the hospitality and look forward to staying here again on my next trip to London.
