About Georgianas Guesthouse
Georgianas Guesthouse occupies a townhouse on Cresford Road in West London, the kind of period property that lends itself well to a small, personally run B&B. Behind its residential frontage lies a home-like setup rather than a conventional hotel, with a garden and outdoor seating giving the place a quieter, more domestic feel than its city location might suggest.
Rooms are en-suite, with family rooms available for those travelling with children, and extras like drinks in the room and room service add a bit of comfort beyond the basics. Breakfast is a highlight, generous enough that some guests barely need lunch, and there's often complimentary food and drink offered in the evening too. Packed lunches and kids' meals can be arranged, while laundry service, luggage storage, concierge and 24 hour reception cover the practical side of things. Childcare is also available for those who need it.
The hospitality here is attentive without being intrusive, with hosts who take a personal interest in guests rather than treating them as another booking. Earls Court and Fulham are both close by, and there are pubs, restaurants and other eateries within easy reach for evenings out. It's a reasonably priced base for this part of London, and one where the garden makes a genuine difference to the stay.

What guests say
An unforgettable stay! Georgiana and her daughters, Julia and Katie, are profoundly beautiful souls who welcomed us like family. Every detail of Georgiana’s Guest House is clearly a labour of love. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. We loved eating dinner and sipping drinks in their magical garden under the fairy-lit tree.Georgiana goes above and beyond. Our arrival was extremely delayed, yet they welcomed us with total kindness and a G&T, letting us eat our Thai takeaway in the garden. After we returned exhausted from a friend’s wedding, we walked in to find a thoughtful cheeseboard waiting for us, and she welcomed us into the lounge to watch the England game. The breakfast was incredible and completely overwhelmed us. Best of all, Georgiana lavished love on our 9-week-old newborn, holding her so we could relax and enjoy our food!Nothing was too much trouble. We are so grateful to this wonderful family for a fabulous stay. Highly recommended!

Georgiana’s home is beautiful and welcoming. I loved all the greenery and colour from the plants. Our bedroom was very comfortable and had a lovely patio that we could use. There were lots of very thoughtful touches in both the room and bathroom. It was peaceful and relaxing. It is also a great location to explore London. I chose Georgiana’s guesthouse as I had eye surgery while in London and the excellent reviews made me feel confident it was the right place to stay. Georgiana and her daughters made us feel so welcome and were so kind throughout our stay. This made such a difference and I’m so thankful to them all. My son also really loved the hammocks and talking to Georgiana. We can also highly recommend the breakfasts, very tasty and gluten free was no problem.

We loved our stay at Georgianas Guest House. She is an amazing host and can’t do enough to ensure you are comfortable. You are made to feel like you are staying with family. The guest house is in a quiet neighborhood yet a convenient location walking distance to buses or Chelsea Harbor for Uber taxi (ride is a must). The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. The quality of the breakfast is amazing. Upon returning from a long day of touring, she had prepared wonderful charcuterie boards for for us with drinks. There is a wonderful patio with beautiful plants where you can relax and end enjoy a drink. This guesthouse is truly a gem, a home away from home and we will definitely be coming back when visiting London.

We had a very enjoyable 3D2N stay for 3 adults. Georgiana is rightly proud of the superb service she offers with a desire for guests to consider it as their home away from home. A WhatsApp video call showcased room options, great shared space, garden of flowers and free consumables in the kitchen. Georgiana was there to receive us with wine and the high level of hospitality continued during our stay. Breakfast was very good with a good selection, and complimentary cakes you were free to snack were similarly moreish. The wines were very good and we had a nice selection of very tasty cheese and wine one evening, all complimentary. The basement room for 3 is a good size with a patio door to a light well patio of flowers onto a quiet front. The beds were very comfortable and everything was fresh and clean. The dedicated bathroom worked very well but the shower is a bit tight. Some washing and ironing were most unexpected. Location is great in a quiet side road off the main road with good bus service for us and a nice walk to tube.
