We had an outstanding experience at this hotel. The room far exceeded our expectations. It was stylish, comfortable with beautiful decorations and big windows overlooking the park, a fully stocked minibar, (the only thing they were missing was Frühling) and a deep comfortable tub with nice bath products. The staff was lovely and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We had a great nights sleep in the bed, and woke up feeling refreshed. Despite being above a pub, it was really quiet. It feels like great value for the price. We are coming back in a few days and I can’t wait. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Great service from Johnny! Best veggie breakfast I’ve had in a long time and I have searched and tried quite a few. Excited to try the roast next! Venue is beautiful and atmosphere is just right, so that helped too! 100% recommend.

Nothing short of amazing. This is now my fifth stay at the hotel and It would feel criminal for me to book elsewhere anytime I visit London. Lovely rooms, clean and high quality. Food was great, never disappoints. The main reason I come back has to be the staff. All the staff are very nice, easy to talk to and extremely helpful. Special shout out goes to Kate and Johnny, they made my stay go from amazing to exceptional. Kate helped me with a very niche query and I spent alot of time speaking with Johnny, as if I've known him my whole life. Brilliant overall, wouldn't change a thing. Keep it up.

The staff here is fantastic. Very kind and attentive to any needs or questions. The rooms are good, comfortable bed, plenty of coffee and a stocked mini fridge with different beverage options for purchase. I was in the room alone and that was good for a short stay. However, if I would have had my girlfriend with me the space would be pretty tight. The only downside for me was the water pressure in the shower. It barely dribbled. I was on the top floor so that could add to the pressure issue. I would stay again but I’d ask for a room with good water pressure. Overall it was a positive experience.
