This is our second time staying at this hotel, and it was amazing once again! First, I'd like to thank Chelsea and Josh at the front desk for their incredibly warm personalities and wonderful attention to detail. If I could give them any more stars than Google would allow, I would! They were so helpful and welcoming in more than just a customer service way. They truly care about each of their guests, and it is also great to see that the team gets along with one another, too. The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable and in a prime location for London. You will also feel very safe in the hotel. The lobby is very nice, too. I would definitely rebook for our next visit. Thanks everyone! Also, bonus points to the hotel for having ice and water machines on (I assume) each floor. It was soooooo nice to have that during the heatwave. - K

Recently stayed here for a birthday getaway, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in, the vibes were immaculate. The hotel is exceptionally clean and spacious, but what really caught my eye was the interior design. I absolutely loved the contrast of materials used throughout the decoration, it gives the place a modern, stylish, and premium feel. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the hospitality. Everyone from the lovely team at the check-in reception to every other staff member we interacted with was hands down the best. To top it off, the hotel included a few nice little touches to celebrate my special occasion, which was incredibly thoughtful and deeply appreciated. Thank you to the team at Canopy Hilton!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my recent stay at Canopy by Hilton London City! The entire experience was flawless, and the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and cozy. The interior design was stunning that it actually inspired me to replicate some of the decor elements in my own home. I loved the lovely mood lighting throughout the property and spent a wonderful evening on the rooftop enjoying the incredible views with a glass of moscato. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality, particularly from Alicia. She greeted me so warmly at check-in, handled the process seamlessly, and took the time to thank me for being a Hilton Honors member. She walked me through all of the hotel amenities and options so I knew exactly what was available. Alicia went above and beyond by giving me fantastic recommendations on where to go and what to do in the city. She even remembered I was going to see One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest in the West End and thoughtfully asked me the following day how it went! Her genuine care and attentiveness made me feel incredibly valued. When I visit London again, I will definitely stay here. Thank you to Alicia and the team for making my stay so amazing!

We are so happy with our stay at the Canopy to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were so kind and thoughtful, Chelsea created us upon arrival with a warm congratulations and complementary drinks. Before we arrived Maggie and the hospitality team had upgraded our room which was very generous and we had a special treat waiting for us in the room! Everyone made sure to check in and see how we were doing throughout our stay. There was a small plumbing issue with the shower which was fixed almost immediately after we mentioned it at the front desk. We will definitely be staying here again and recommend this to our friends and family too.
