Stayed for business as we had a preferential and very reasonable rate. Hotel is in a fantastic location from Aldgate station and easy access to Tower Bridge & Spitalifields, so plenty of places to go for dinner etc. Welcome was super friendly & efficient. Really could not fault it. Room had everything you needed. Bed was super comfy. Wifi was good. Bathroom was great with good products & towels. Extremely quiet too. I didn't use the bar or have breakfast but both looked great. For the money this hotel is incredible!!!

My husband and I stayed here in January 2024, and we had a wonderful experience. The views were absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t be better. Everything made our stay memorable, and we would gladly come back.

No complaints whatsoever. Great location, rooms hold what they promised. Very quiet at night and a functioning AC unit that was highly appreciated during this extreme English heatwave. Just one suggestion - the rooms should be equipped with safety boxes.

Really wanted to give a 5 but just missed out. The rooms are the size you would expect and very clean and well insulted, main problem is you need to slam all the doors, they need soft close so guests not woken up. The bed is super comfy but pillows were not good, need improving. The service was amazing, really appreciated being able to check in late morning, the bar was a nice area with reasonable priced drinks. All staff encounters were polite and friendly.
