Fantastic hotel and brilliant, friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The room had a TV, hairdryer, kettle, tea, coffee, milk. There was shampoo and soap in the bathroom. The bed was so comfortable I had a lie-in and missed breakfast! I'd recommend it and I'd definitely stay again

We had the pleasure of lodging at Chelsea House December 5 through December 7, 2025. The rooms were clean, comfortable, bedding was nice, and the sheets were pressed. The bathroom was extremely clean, shower was great, and they also provide a nice breakfast buffet. Location, location, location was absolutely fabulous off of Earl’s Court, easy peasy. We flew into London Heathrow and took the Metro to Piccadilly Circus and transferred to Earls Court. Earls Court station is a 10 to 15 minute walk to Chelsea House with an array of restaurants, pubs, shopping and markets. Looking forward to our next visit.

Did not check booking thy was presented to them for a different hotel, charged a large amount to two tourists visiting London for the first time and defrauded them. Only offered a partial refund even after admitting to double booking the room. Dont trust this place
