We had a great stay here. Beautiful apartment, great location, guest services were wonderful. Housekeeping was great always timely and great job, no air con not unusual, it was fine in earlier June and they provided fans. Great washer and dryer. Would highly recommend our family of 6 were so comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby and m&s like a block away we did lots of grocery runs easy peasy!

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, and we appreciated having both a dishwasher and a washing machine available. However, the décor and furniture felt dated. While the bathroom and kitchen appear to have been renovated relatively recently, the overall standard of cleanliness was disappointing. The dishwasher was rusty inside, some of the dishes stored in the cupboards were dirty, the lampshade had clearly not been dusted for a long time, and the carpets throughout the apartment were old and stained. On the positive side, the location is excellent, with just a three-minute walk to Earl's Court tube station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. However, it may not be the best choice for guests who are sensitive to noise. The apartment overlooks a busy street with heavy traffic, and the wooden floors are quite squeaky. On Saturday night, the noise levels were significant enough that we barely slept. We stayed on the fifth floor. The building features a very old elevator and long, narrow corridors, giving the common areas a rather dated feel. The water temperature was inconsistent and difficult to regulate. Sometimes it took several minutes for the water to heat up, while at other times it unexpectedly turned cold during a shower. Overall, the apartment's size and excellent location were definite advantages, but the dated condition, cleanliness issues, noise, and unreliable hot water affected our stay.

The place was gorgeous! Large space for the children to relax and play, smart tv, clean rooms, bath and very good accessibility to the metro station, supermarket nearby. Due to the public transport strike the other side of the city (tower bridge etc) would take too long for our kids of 7, 6 and 5 so we skipped that area, but that has nothing to do with the apartment or service. It was a great fallout to discover the city!

really loved this place! The location, service, and staff were all amazing—they’re so helpful. It’s perfect for families with kids because it has a separate room and kitchen. Every day, they come by to tidy up for service, and the kitchen is fully equipped—we only needed to bring one extra pan for the baby. Next time I’m in London, I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
