Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. I called ahead to let the hotel know I’d be arriving very late (around 1am). When I arrived they had me on the list and were fully expecting me. It was such a reassuring and professional touch after a long journey. The hotel itself was spotless and every member of staff I encountered was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. The rooms are a great size, very comfortable, modern and well equipped. I particularly loved the iPad system that controls everything in the room, a really nice feature that adds to the overall experience. Breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of food and having the restaurant open 24/7 is incredibly convenient, especially for business travellers or those arriving at unusual hours. I’ve been travelling to London for business for many years and have stayed in a variety of hotels, but after this experience I won’t stay anywhere else. A special mention goes to a lovely lady working behind the bar, who I believe may have been called Ola. After a 17 hour day, her kindness, warm smile and friendly conversation genuinely lifted my spirits. She was an absolute credit to the hotel and made an already excellent stay even more memorable. Wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended.

I have reeeaally enjoyed my stay. I’ve spent few nights here for business: great service, really nice breakfast and super polite staff! Check-in and check-out were super fast and no stress (even if I arrived late the first day). Great place if you want to have some rest and feel like at home (or better!)

Great place to stay and a great team of helpful staff available. Great location with easy access around london and great for restaurants and bars local to the hotel right near by. The rooms are a little on the smaller side, but everything is exactly how you need it. The staff are great, and there is a nice bar on the first floor to grab a drink or get some work done.

Decent location, decent room, the iPad was a bit finicky to control the tv. Comfy mattress, slept pretty well, quiet too. Check-in was ok, my room number didn’t display during self check in, so had to get help from someone. Check-out was super easy. Mostly stayed there because of the Marriott loyalty program ans the price was fine. Oh and cool views (level 7)
